When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and organization, building type and size, and a short description of what you need. By ticking the consent box on the booking form, you agree that we may use this information to schedule and hold the call, to send your confirmation, reminder and any changes, and to follow up about your project. We handle this information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Bookings are stored in Google Calendar and a Google Sheet, and the call takes place on Google Meet. Google and Cloudflare may process and store this information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Our booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and our contact form by Google reCAPTCHA. These services may process technical information about your browser and device to tell people from automated bots.
We keep booking records for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can withdraw your consent, or ask to access, correct or delete your information, at any time by emailing info@baidengroup.ca.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
